Exchange Policy
You may exchange your item within 7 days of delivery if it is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped
- Sizing Discrepancies
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@getbwg.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet our return policy.
- Sizes in exchange are subject to availability. Any difference in amount due to the exchange will be issued as a redeemable gift card.
