6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs:
    • Domestic Shipping: Shipping is free for all orders within India.
    • International Shipping: A shipping fee of Rs 800  will be applied to all international orders.
  • Shipping Times: Standard delivery time is 5-9 business days.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide video and photo evidence of the issue before opening the box or while taking delivery.
  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, you must first schedule a return with us. We will then review your request and the provided evidence. If your exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement item.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Cancellation after Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

9. Changes to Order

  • Address or Phone Number Change: You can change your shipping address or phone number within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
